PAYMENT AND DISCOUNTS
Full Holiday Rates - Based on $150 (£100)
per day all-inclusive,You are welcome to stay as long as you
like!
A half day riding can be enjoyed for $75 (£50) If travel
dictates!
B & B can be enjoyed at £30 per night on non riding
days.
Non riding partners are welcome!
Your holiday can be as long as you want it to be.
Short breaks can also be arranged and tailor made to fit your
needs be it polo, western, or cross-country.
Non Riding Weekend stay-overs
(two evenings) $75 (£50) per person for the two days.
Discounts
Discounts are only available on private
bookings of full groups, or longer terms - on application.
Payment to be made by cheque,
Euro cheque, and bank draft or Visa card with payment in pounds sterling made
to "Hayfield."
Booking conditions. Your deposit is
£150 or one thrid of your fee. Full payment is due 30 days prior, which
includes your membership fee. To ride at Hayfield you must be a signed up Club
member and please note that a parent or guardian must sign the membership forms
of junior riders. All riders must wear suitably fastened riding hats to the
current safety standard at all times when riding. Riders must also agree to
follow instructions given by Hayfield staff and representatives in the interest
of their own safety and that of their fellow riders.
Confirmation Your booking is valid from
the moment that we confirm acceptance of your deposit fee. Following
confirmation we will ask you for more information about your individual likes,
dislikes and requirements to make your stay at Hayfield enjoyable.
Additionally, we can arrange for information about your non-equestrian
interests sent to you to allow you to make the most of your stay in our region
of Scotland. (Non riders are welcome if there is room.)
Cancellations (Cancellations are taken
from when received in writing or by fax) 100% refund (except deposit) until 60
days prior. 50% from 60 days to 30 days prior and 25% until 7 clear days prior.
HOW TO BOOK. Just print off the form
(obtainable here) and either:
*Post it back to us with a cheque for the full
amount of your deposit.
* Fax it and put a cheque in the post or phone
us with your visa card details.
Liability exclusions. As executives of the club
we do everything in our power to make your holiday safe and enjoyable, but
members must accept their own liability for accidents, losses, inconveniences
or added expenses experienced. We strongly advise, therefore, that you insure
against personal accident and loss. Please consider an insurance policy to
cover against unavoidable travel problems and circumstances that might entail
cancelling your holiday.
